Dispatch and transport
Goods are handed over to the customer personally or are sent by delivery service on the customer’s request.
PERSONAL HAND-OVER
Hand-over to the customer is provided by the dispatch department of ALCOMA a.s. on the address Vinšova 11, 106 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. A detailed description how to get to the above mentioned address you will find in contacts.
Hand-over of the goods is possible on working days from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 o’clock. For the problem-free hand-over we recommend to make an appointment in advance for a certain time of your visit. Hand-over out of working hours is possible only after a previous agreement.
SENDING TO A CUSTOMER
On the customer request it is possible to send goods by delivery service. We choose a delivery company individually according to present situation and needs. Delivery fees are paid by the customer. ALCOMA makes out the invoice for transport.
It is possible to send goods by delivery service which has been chosen by the customer but only after a previous agreement.
The moment when the goods are handed to delivery service, it is the customer who is responsible for the state of the goods. Before you sign the delivery papers check carefully all goods. If the goods are damaged or incomplete, we recommend to complain immediately at the delivery company and make a note to ALCOMA dispatch department. We will not meet your late claim.
